Zen Meditation
When: Wednesdays 5:30pm-6:30pm.
Where: UOP Campus, Morris Chapel.
What: Two 30 minute meditation sessions, with some walking meditation in between the two sessions. Beginners are welcome to these informal classes. No $$ cost.
