heyyy. glad you like my journal =).

i didn't get to go to sedona while in arizona unfortunately. i went to visit family and my cousins all thought sedona was boring (although i probably would have enjoyed it).

and just so you know, i only did the no carb thing for two weeks (and i wasn't exercising during that time). i strongly believe in eating the good fats and the good carbs, and being healthy. i just did the no carb to lose the water weight.

oh, and i saw you just signed up on vox, so welcome! i'll be looking for new posts of yours to read!
